SCAD MOTION MEDIA GRAD x SENIOR SHOWCASE TITLE CARDS
The SCAD Motion Media Grad x Senior Showcase is an event that the Motion Media department at SCAD hosts every year to showcase the brilliant work created by that year’s graduating class.
I collaborated with Danna Macias and Kyle Switzer to produce 44 title cards that would debut students’ capstone projects.
FUNCTIONALITY
Using custom scripts in After Effects and a CSV file, I automated the export process for all of the title cards.
The template created links the After Effects composition to a form that every participating student had to fill out to submit their work. Text would automatically scale and line break based on an expression that I wrote.
The export process was automated using a custom Adobe script that is now available on my Github.
