FUN WITH STYLE FRAMES
The chef is in, and I’m serving up some of the most delicious style frames this kitchen can make. Feel free to sink your teeth into some of these tasty designs.
LOBSTROSITY
Lobstrosity is a local crustacean-core band. I cooked up a series of promotional frames for use on instagram that incorporate the Anti-Design style to capture the band’s atmosphere in a fun and unique way.
PORTLAND THORNS
For this assignment, I created a series of frames for a logo resolve for an NWSL team. I wanted to create a look that contrasts with the typical sports logo reveal. I chose the Portland Thorns as my team because their logo is designed in a way that I felt could be utilized differently from other NWSL logos.
IMAGINE MUSIC FESTIVAL
These frames are for a title sequence for a music festival. I created these frames using Blender because it’s an open source software that allowed me to alter it in ways that fit this project. For this project, I created interference for the renderer to overcome, which created the interesting artifacts that you can see around the text.
FRESHWATER FUTURE
The Freshwater Future is an article written by the World Economic Forum about the financial burden of wastewater in different industries. For this assignment, we were challenged to create infographic frames using only After Effects. I decided that I wanted to use collage elements in order to pair the style with other infographics that I’ve seen.
